Jessie will settle us down to earth with a soothing guided meditaion.
Chelby will lead us through opening our hearts with the spirit of Cacao, focusing on what you want to create, stabilize & will power, we will sip intentionally a delicious Cacao with nutmeg and vanilla.
Lindsey will use the powerful healing of Sound to bring in and balance what is needed with the vibrational frequency of the Tibetan Sound Bowls.
